Broken down? Do this first
- Pull off the road as far as you safely can and switch on your hazard lights.
- On a busy road like the Bruce Highway, get out on the passenger side and wait behind the barrier if it’s safe.
- Work out your location: the street and nearest cross street, or the highway direction and nearest exit.
- Call 0406 573 099 and tell us the make, model and what happened.
Breakdowns we tow

Where we can take it
Your regular mechanic, a dealership service centre, your home, or a storage location. If you don’t have a mechanic in mind, tell us where you’re headed and we’ll work out a practical drop-off.
Car parks and driveways too
Not every breakdown happens on the road. We also collect cars from shopping centre car parks, unit complexes and home driveways. Let us know about height limits, tight turns or a steep driveway so we arrive prepared.
If it’s only a flat battery or a flat tyre, you may not need a tow at all. See roadside assistance.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be with the car?
It’s best if you are. If you can’t be, call us to arrange the keys and tell us exactly where the car is parked.
Can you tow an automatic or all-wheel-drive car?
Yes. On a tilt tray all four wheels ride on the deck, which is the safe way to move AWD and automatic vehicles that shouldn’t be towed with wheels on the road.
My car is in an underground car park. Can you reach it?
Tell us the clearance height when you call. If the truck can’t fit, we’ll talk through the options with you.
